Greg deserves more than 5 stars!
The only person I would ever consider doing a PT session with.
His PT sessions are like therapy at times, he not only cares about your physical health but also your mental health also.
He has helped me gain so much more confidence in my abilities with exercise but also in everyday life.
If you're worried about working out at a gym like I was, consider a PT session with Greg at home. It was the best decision I ever made.
The only downside of doing PT with Greg is that I've had to buy smaller clothes! 🤣

In the past year, Greg has made an enormous difference to my fitness and general wellbeing. He has built my confidence and kept me motivated, and understands that some people need a gentle approach to reach their potential. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who is nervous about going to the gym!

I have been having PT sessions with Greg for about 9 months, and have enjoyed every session. I have an underlying health condition that Greg caters the sessions to, put he still pushes me and the limits of what I can do, and i have seen a dramtic improvement over this time. If you want a screamy shouty PT Greg is not for you, but if you want a PT who will guide and encourage you, but still push you and help you achieve your goals with no judgement, give him a try.

    Where do I start?

I joined Greg in August last year after my partner started training with him four months prior as he sustained a hamstring injury and he wanted to get fitter to help with his nerve condition. I have weekly sessions, we do activities and exercises that centralise on different muscle groups but he always asks what I am up for doing so he knows what to push in the session.

I knew I needed to get fitter and I knew that I was letting my body down. But with Greg’s guidance and our sessions, I can honestly say he has made a difference.

I have leg issues and he carefully curates a plan to accommodate such issues. Along with some physical flaws, I am neurodivergent so I struggle to maintain focus if I’m have a bad day but somehow, Greg always pushes me through it.

Since August, I have been feeling better about my body. I appreciate that it’s going through a change and I know my image won’t change overnight but slowly, I know I will get where I want to be and I have Greg to thank for that.

Book in Colchester PT with Greg if you want to train and have a laugh, to this day, I have never left the gym in a worse mood than when I got there. Always leaving with a smile on my face.

Greg is a great personal trainer, I have worked with him for around a year now. He's helping me to progress to to goals and further. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to help you reach your targets but also have fun while doing so. Thank you Greg

Greg is an excellent trainer, good friend and best person to start your training with especially when you are having gym anxiety.

Greg is extremely friendly and encouraging. I was a complete gym novice and now am going a couple of times a week. I would definitely book again and probably will once I improve and need to go to the next level.

This was my 2nd meeting with Greg and it was at my pace and he made a workout chart too so that I can replicate next time I go to gym. Felt great 👍
